Do you guarantee places for our group as soon as you send the quote ?
If the dates of your trip are agreed, for greater security we prefer to ask for flexibility (particularly for accommodation) from our service providers.
Can we request a quoite for a programme that is not on the website ?
Yes, the programmes indicated on our website are only suggestions given as examples. They can be changed in any way to suit your group’s tastes or needs.

We can also work on any other element of your getaway for a tailor-made project according to your expectations.
Is a deposit required at the time of booking ? can you provide cancellation insurance for our group?
A 30% deposit of the estimated total cost of the trip is required at the time of booking. We will send you our booking and cancellation conditions on request.
Do you handle flights between our country and France ?
VOYEL INCOMING is involved from the arrival of your group in France until its departure from France. Therefore, we do not take care of the flights. Airline tickets must be booked in the clients’ country of origin.
Can you provide cancellation insurance for our group ?
We are not able to provide this type of insurance to non-French travelers. It is essential that before departure you take out any insurance that you feel is necessary for the trip and to protect the interests of your participants (luggage, cancellation, repatriation assistance, theft, etc.).
