Day 1: Arrival in Nantes

You arrive at Nantes airport, where a coach is waiting to take you to Tours.

Enjoy a convivial dinner before settling into your accommodation in Tours.

Day 2: Loire Valley Castles

You’ll visit the Château de Chenonceau, nicknamed the Château des Dames, famous for its grand gallery spanning the Cher and its magnificent gardens. You’ll discover the Château Royal d’Amboise, with its landscaped grounds offering a splendid view of the Loire Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site. At the end of the day, enjoy a guided tour of the city of Tours.

In the evening, dinner and overnight in Tours.

Day 3: Loire Valley Castles

Take a free tour of the Château de Cheverny, which inspired Hergé to create “Moulinsart” in the adventures of Tintin, and discover the permanent exhibition dedicated to Tintin. Explore the Château de Chambord, the region’s largest and most famous chateau, remarkable for its impressive architecture.

In the evening, dinner and overnight stay in La Roche-sur-Yon.

Day 4: Puy du Fou

Spend the day at Puy du Fou, voted the world’s best theme park. You’ll wander through period villages such as the medieval town, the 18th-century village and the 1900s village. You’ll be treated to grandiose shows such as Gladiators, Vikings, the Ghost Birds Ball, Richelieu’s Musketeers, and the never-before-seen show “Le Premier Royaume”.

At the end of the day, return by coach to your hotel in La Roche-sur-Yon for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Departure 

Transfer to Nantes airport for your return flight.
